Once upon a time, Hocus Pocus Cleaning didn’t think it would be possible to have a fully remote office manager, with no prior knowledge of the scope of the Lehigh Valley. Not only has Tiffany exceeded our hopes, she’s smashed every challenge she’s been presented with since starting here in January of 2023. Our team’s biggest cheerleader and our client’s biggest listener, Tiffany continues to excel with her position here with her bubbly personality and love for all things people.
Meet Our Front Office Manager
I am Tiffany Boudreau, the Office Manager of Hocus Pocus Cleaning Services. I am passionate about building client relationships as well as assisting our management team and our technicians with daily operational tasks. I understand the importance of hard work and perseverance to ensure our clients’ expectations are not only met, but exceeded- by working closely with clients and our dynamic team of technicians and specialists. I have keen insight into the needs of our clients and I am able to listen and identify a slough of amicable solutions.
My experience includes 15+ years of business administration and property management/leasing for both commercial and residential properties. I am a Colorado native and a proud mom to my 11-year-old daughter. I am always up for new adventures, reading books, and spending time with family and friends.
