When Jenn isn’t building bonds with her regular clients, she’s behind the scenes ensuring all back office operations are up to par within her areas of strength. We are so thankful to have her on our team!

Meet Our Assistant Manager

I’m Jenn and I’m the Assistant Manager at Hocus Pocus Cleaning. I’ve worn many hats throughout my career, with over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. I am OSHA certified and take great pride in adhering to the health and safety guidelines provided for our profession. 

 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our pup, our children, and grand-baby. When it’s warmer, I enjoy gardening and being outside at our beach house in Rehoboth. We also LOVE baking! 

 

What I love most about working for Hocus Pocus is the satisfaction of going into a client’s home and making it look beautiful! Receiving positive feedback from our clients about how thrilled they are with our work, and hearing that we make such a difference in their lives by freeing up time is the most rewarding- they are able to spend it with their loved ones! Most clients do not treat us as “the cleaning lady”; they look forward to our visits and welcome us into their home as if we are a member of their family! Our team also has an amazing boss, who goes above and beyond for the team- she is always looking out for our well-being and making sure that we are all taken care of!  

 

Most recently, I received my PHC (Professional House Cleaner) certification through the American House Cleaners Association (AHCA). If we haven’t met yet, I’m sure we’ll see each other soon- can’t wait!
